How do i return an item? 

If you are unhappy with your garment please email us to arrange a return and refund. Depending on your location this can be dropped off at our HQ, collected by the team or you will need to courier the item back to us at your own cost. Items will only be accepted back completely clean, unworn, and with all tags. Please be extra careful with make-up marks on white shirts (we wont accept them back for a refund).
How do I exchange an item? 
If you would like to exchange your garment for another size or colour, please email us to arrange this. Depending on your location this can be exchanged at our HQ, collected and exchanged by the team or you will need to courier the item back to us at your own cost and pay for a new courier fee. Items will only be accepted back for an exchange completely clean, unworn, and with all tags. Please be extra careful with make-up marks on white shirts (we wont accept them back for an exchange).
Can I try them on anywhere? 
You are welcome to pop into our HQ in Constantia to try on any items and purchase via Snapscan instead of online. Please email us to arrange this: hello@millandmallow.co.za
Shipping info
Items bought online will be shipped by our courier partner at standard local or national delivery timelines, please allow 3-5 days.
